She does a great job figuring out how to show your home in the right way while keeping the process calm and smart. She is responsive and knowledgeable in many areas including but not limited to marketing and the aesthetics of marketing, pricing, appraisals, home valuation, negotiations and thinking creatively to work the process along to make sure the end goal of getting your home sold, happens in a way that both sides are happy.
