Terri Bruno was awesome! We had to sell our elderly mother’s house in Southern California rather quickly, when her health took a sudden turn for the worse. The three of us adult children all live out of state, so we needed a totally remote cleanup, repair, staging, and marketing operation. We found Terri based on multiple positive recommendations for neighbors in the area. Her work was truly extraordinary. The photos she sent us, of the newly redecorated house were beautiful. Terri Bruno has helped me with selling two of my condo’s in Laguna Niguel. The first one in 2017 was a breeze and sold after the Open House… The second condo wasn’t so easy, my tenant had left the condo in shambles and I was leaving out of state. Terry stepped up and communicated with the tenant on my behalf and made all the arrangements with vendors to meet them at the condo for inspections and estimates. She was a blessing and never gave up… I did fly in a month later to finalize contractors and work with Terri on getting it ready to sale, she even helped me paint and brought me supplies from her home and even a blow up bed.
