A Little history of Castle Real Estate Group: Steve entered the Real Estate business in 1997. The name Castle derives from our last name, Shloss, which means “Castle” in German. The Castle Real Estate Team has in depth knowledge of the Southern California Real Estate landscape. Our primary focus is on Orange County. We have collectively listed and sold properties in the majority of cities. Our team seeks to answer the tough questions and communicate proactively to provide 5 star service to our clients. Whether you’re selling or buying your personal residence, rental property or multi-family apartment building, our professional team provides perspective and advice when you need it and listen to your needs to ensure the best possible result for your unique situation.
Steve was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. He prides himself with his Midwestern, friendly, can-do attitude and work ethic that he was raised with. Steve has now lived and worked in Orange County for the past 35 years. Steve is a Certified Financial Planner ® and has been advising clients with their real estate, investments and financing for over 24 years. He advises clients on the best strategies to sell properties for maximum profit, area real estate trends, and strategies for each transaction as well as suggesting personally tailored investment plans. Steve has extensive experience in both residential real estate and multi-family apartment transactions. He serves on the financial committee of his church at Terranova in Irvine.
Yvonne joined Steve as an agent in 2016 and provides Staging services for our Sellers to add value and help fetch the most money for the sale of their property.
Steve and Yvonne have two children that are in college and are involved in their church and supporting a local single parent ministry, “One Step Ministries” to help struggling single parents get back on their feet and support the needs of their children. They also enjoy the outdoor activities provided in the Southern California lifestyle; hiking biking, beach and they also enjoy traveling and are into wine tasting and probably would be considered mild “foodies.”
