Kanoa was born in Hawaii and raised in Tustin. At 10 years old, he got his first job delivering newspapers. He worked all throughout High School, which gained him a hard work ethic. After graduating, he started working 60+ hours a week on the ground floor of a local startup bread company in which he quickly became the lead supervisor. Within two years, it became Southern California’s dominate boutique bread company. At age 21, Kanoa got recruited and soon became the top distributor at a major retail chain serving over 50 stores in Southern California. At age 24, he started selling Real Estate despite knowing almost nothing about it. Within his first year he was named Rookie of the Year. Shortly after that he became the companies #1 Home Seller out of 500+ agents and one of the top selling Realtors in the United States. Kanoa has been in the top 1% of USA sales each and ever year since.
Zandra was born in rural Indiana and was raised on the family farm. In her early teens, she moved to Dana Point and worked hard all throughout High School. She found her passion early in life as a hairstylist, working for a famous hair salon in Newport Beach styling many movie stars and celebrities. Zandra has also been an accomplished pilot for over 35 years and has a passion for cooking and trying new recipes. After 40 years as a hairdresser, she left to go into the Real Estate business with Kanoa.
Kanoa and Zandra are happily married and have five children between them; Brooke, Shawn, Nick, Kayla and Samantha. They enjoy spending time with family, going to the beach and hiking in the hills.
