We happened upon Diana after finding a house online we wanted to view but had no clue how. If you want an awesome professional to buy or sell a home, 5 stars is not enough to rate the work of Diana Moshier. When I needed to find a new home, she went well beyond the call of duty. As a recommendation from my lender, she hopped on a flight and flew up to my county near Lake Tahoe! We developed an aggressive list of homes to view, mapped out a schedule and coordinated with the seller’s agents accordingly. When we reached the first home, there was a glitch in accessing the lock box in my County. She apologized, got on the phone, and didn’t take no for an answer until she reached an agent who was willing to sort out the issues on the phone and get us back on track in short order. We identified a home, made an offer, and closed escrow on a VA loan in 18 days. Amazing! Thank you, Diana for your diligence, positive attitude, and fast, consistent follow through!!!
